The experience feels a bit different for everyone. Some feel a floating sensation, others may feel sleepy, most feel relaxed and at ease. You are in control the entire time. Most remember the entire session and interact verbally and physically. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.

Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of alpha brain waves that induce REM. This enables you to access the subconscious mind. We address the limiting beliefs and rewire those beliefs into empowering beliefs.

What makes hypnotherapy amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a totally new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. Many clients go back to scenes that are completely different than what they expected. Your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see, and it may not be what you expect or currently believe. Remember: if you did know the real reason behind your issue, you probably would have fixed it by now.

Clients feel the changes in one or all three of the following ways.  

Immediately: You feel an incredible shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.

Cumulative: You see consistent shifts every day as you continue to wire your new thoughts with your recorded hypnosis daily.  

Retroactive: You don’t think you are feeling the changes right away and then all of a sudden you look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

You may experience a combination of the three.

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to extremely painful experiences like sexual or physical abuse, or other traumas, please remember that you are not going to be asked to give details about what happened.  That is reliving the scene and none of us are interested in doing that. You will not relive these scenes, you will simply review them. We will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. 

You can. Everyone can. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. It's an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process.

Listen to your recording every day for at least 30 days to get the maximum benefits, but you can listen as often as you need to. We recommend listening at night to relax your mind and body before sleep, but you can listen anytime (do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery).

Yes, hypnosis is perfectly safe. There are many misconceptions about hypnosis as a form of mind control; however, that simply isn’t true. You remain aware at all times, and your mind is only receptive to the suggestions it finds beneficial. You cannot be controlled or made to do anything against your will as a result of hypnosis.
